Returns + Refunds
Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original condition, and packed in the original packaging. To start a return, email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Original shipping fees and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
You have two options. If you use our prepaid return label, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. If you use your own carrier, you cover return shipping. We recommend using a trackable service and purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75.
Yes. Gift cards and final sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Shipping + Processing
Orders are typically processed within 24–48 business hours, Monday–Friday. Our warehouse is closed on weekends and U.S. national holidays, so orders are not processed or shipped on those days.
We ship primarily via UPS.
Shipping time varies by location once your order ships from California. As a general guide: West Coast orders typically arrive 1–2 business days after processing, and East Coast orders typically arrive 4–5 business days after processing.
Yes. Expedited UPS options are available for many U.S. orders (contiguous 48 states). Rates and estimated delivery times appear at checkout. Please note, expedited shipping does not include expedited processing, we cannot expedite our standard 24-48 business hours for processing.

Order Changes + Cancellations
We process orders quickly, so we can’t guarantee cancellations once an order is placed. If you need to cancel, email [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number.

International Orders
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
Possibly. Import taxes, duties, and customs fees are set by your country and are the customer’s responsibility.
At this time, we do not accept returns for international orders. If your order arrives damaged or defective, email [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number and photos (including the packaging), and we’ll help with next steps.
If an order is refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees, it will be treated as a return-to-sender shipment. Any return shipping costs charged to us will be deducted from your refund (if applicable).
