We try our best to provide all the information necessary about our products, but please ask about specific concerns before ordering. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us for a full refund. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of receiving the item. After 30 days, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging.

To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned items. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your credit card or bank account again. Next, contact your credit card company or bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale and Second Quality Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale and second quality items cannot be refunded.
While we take precautions to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, items are sometimes damaged in transit. We will exchange items if they are damaged in transit, or defective. If you would like to exchange a defective or damaged item, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will provide a return label and send you a replacement once the item is returned to our warehouse.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed or emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and we will notify them about the return.

Buyer is responsible for paying shipping costs related to returning the items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take up to two weeks for your exchanged product to reach you.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Otherwise, we can't guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
