We try our best to provide all the information necessary about our products, but please ask about specific concerns before ordering. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us for a full refund. Send an email to hello@LBEdesign.com within 30 days of receiving the item. After 30 days, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging.

To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment.
While we take precautions to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, items are sometimes damaged in transit. We will exchange items if they are damaged in transit, or defective. If you would like to exchange a defective or damaged item, send an email to support@LBEdesign.com. We will provide a return label and send you a replacement once the item is returned to our warehouse.
To return your items, please contact us at support@LBEdesign.com to receive a Return Authorization.
Buyer is responsible for paying shipping costs related to returning the items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, it can take up to two weeks for your exchanged product to reach you.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Otherwise, we can't guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
